Governor Sonny Perdue says an international company will locate a new facility in north Metro Atlanta.
Governor Perdue made the announcement at the state capitol as he prepares to leave office on Monday.
ThyssenKrupp will locate new North American information technolgy operations in Alpharetta, says the governor.
The move is expected to create about 100 jobs.
State officials have worked hard to lure companies to Georgia with tax incentives and pledges of educational information.
